The Company "VseInstrumenti.ru" Plans To Open 300 Stores In 2024

In 2023, VseInstrumenti.ru opened over 200 offline stores, thereby expanding its network to 900 points. In 2024, it is planned to expand offline retail by another 300 stores. According to Valentin Fakhrutdinov, CEO of VseInstrumenti.ru, the key strategy for the development of the company's offline retail is to analyze the payback of new stores and open facilities, including in the regions, simultaneously with the creation of warehouses and the development of a courier delivery network for B2B and B2C buyers.

The growth rate of VseInstrumenti.ru by the end of 2023 was above 50%. This was influenced by investments in the online direction, the development of which is carried out by several hundred employees, the development of logistics and the expansion of the range: in a year it increased from 1 million to 1.5 million SKUs. The most actively growing categories are "Sports and recreation" (50-100%), "Office" (about 100%), as well as some segments of construction equipment.

Valentin Fakhrutdinov also noted that it is more convenient for the buyer to purchase all the necessary goods in one place, and even B2B clients prefer to buy most of the assortment from one company, rather than work with multiple suppliers.

You can find new partners among dealer and retail networks, as well as end consumers from various industries at the ToolMash International Exhibition of Equipment and Tools, which will be held on October 8–11 at the Crocus Expo IEC.

The ToolMash 2024 exhibition will be held on the same site as the International Exhibition of Welding Materials, Equipment and Technologies Weldex and the International Exhibition of Fasteners and Tooling Fastenex.
